The pace factor is determined by getting the product of the sum of steps by the known value of
the the line or course. From getting the pace factor by pace or one step, or by the stride or double step, you can use your own pace factor to measure a line or a course.

A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace , and then at the end, punish himself even more. See the link below for more info.
